If you are having problems logging onto the courses site, please try the following steps which should resolve most of the difficulties:
Please visit page https://www.whatismybrowser.com which will advise you on the status of your browser.
– Cookies should be enabled
If not, there are some instructions there on how to enable them on that page
Next, please check:
a) Your Username: Please use your email address as the username
b) Your Password: Please use the password you used when you registered. Please enter this exactly as it is case sensitive. You can request a replacement password using the “Forgotten Password” link. If this doesn’t arrive within minutes please check your junk mail folder. Follow the link in the email as indicated, and you will be able to choose a new password.
If you find that you cannot receive the password (usually because a company firewall or junk mail filter blocks it) please open a support ticket and we can manually email it to you.
