How to access the Wellbeing service – or anything to do with appointments
1). Wellbeing Support:
a). If you have a query about your phone support, or want to cancel or change a support call appointment with the clinical team please contact your support worker directly, or contact the Wellbeing service directly.

Technical help with the online resource – this is not for wellbeing support issues or appointments
2). For technical support with getting logged in or any error messages/problems accessing the site:
a). Forgotten your password -Request a password reset https://online.llttf4suffolk.com/forgotten-password
b). Can’t find where to login- login here: https://online.llttf4suffolk.com/user/login
c). Want to turn off the weekly email supports – Please login, and turn off the automated emails in your Dashboard
